I do appreciate the fact they tarp and secure he load a bit. Leaving us drivers very little to do before we roll out. The fact that they use to offer showers and bathrooms is amazing. Unfortunately, some truckers tookit for granted so they have 1 Porta-John for us to use and no showers. All because a couple of drivers ruined it for the rest of us.

This place takes forever to load! They don't pay attention either! My trailer is a California Spread Axle. The tandems are further forward & it's easy for the trailer to be overloaded. I place 2 Red plastic load guards on the Weight Center of the trailer with a Florescent Yellow Sticky note that read, Weight Center Here. After waiting 4 1/2 hrs, my load was ready. They ignored the notes and loaded most of the weight on the rear. After I checked the scale on my trailer, it was overweight. I went inside & told them & mentioned the notes. 1 guy said he remembered seeing them, but he didn't load me. I can say the manager had them come out & move everything fw so that I wouldn't have to drop my trailer again. I explained to her about the notes & she said to keep doing it whenever I come & she would have a talk with the loaders. Between talking to them, having the load rearranged, & strapping everything down again then I had a total of 6 hrs detention!

Enter in at gate 2 or 3. Go to the office for instructions. The office is in the trailer. Bills are in little shack next to the shop. All live loads will be loaded after your trailer is dropped in drop lot.

I finally got loaded after 4 hours but BOL is still not ready 45 mins after getting loaded. Amazing!

Love coming here. They take the trailer and in 90-2 hours bring it back strapped and ready to go. Good time for a nap.

I am an owner operator and I love getting loads that get me close to this place . The loads pay good, they laod and tarp your load , plus this place actually care for the drivers , they have two showers that we can use and have vending machines and the lady in the shipping office is a sweetheart and very helpful
