About Ken-Bar Lodge
Ken-Bar Lodge offers a peaceful, quiet environment with a country feeling in a small Kentucky town. The staff and owner are friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is wonderful, with a beach and walking trails nearby, plus many restaurants and things to see. It is an older property with some shortcomings, but it provides good value for the money. The on-site bar is open Thursday through Saturday. The lodge is pet-friendly for an extra fee, with monthly rates available. Guests feel very safe and many plan to return.

I lived there for 3and a half years. Wonderful invironment. Can go across the street to swim at the beach at the damn and wonderful walking and writing trailes. I'm ready to come back.
