This bank no they're getting counterfeit or don't know cuz their machine passes it and their test of the markers passes it you only can tell by actually looking at detail unless one of the employees are trading in fake bills for real bills and blame it in on the clients that's bringing it in and it was unprofessional should have been talked about in the office to a manager and looked into as well as the police should have been called none of this was done recommend to go somewhere else they say the bank on the square of Glasgow Kentucky is a good bank close to the square in the fire department

the worst banking institutions in the area, and this branch has very unprofessional staff and terrible service. If banking in the area go to German American bank night and day difference! This location is terrible and I do mean this location bowling green never had these issues..

I took a check from one of their customers to get it cashed. I was told there would be an $8 charge to cash the check because I don't have an account with them. The fact that they charged me to cash one of their customer's checks is ridiculous to begin with but to charge $8 because I don't have an account with them is outrageous. I will tell everyone I know to not do business with Truist.

I’ve been banking with BB&T for years and never had any problems until they switched over to Truist. I got a text message asking to confirm a purchase from a website I wasn’t familiar with. I immediately called the bank and was transferred to their corporate office. I asked for them to deactivate my debit card because the charge wasn’t mine and send me a new one, the customer service representative reassured me my card was deactivated and couldn’t be used and a new one would come in the mail in 5-7 business days. The next day I get a text from their fraud department with another charge I did not authorize. I call the bank again and was told whoever I talked to previously had not deactivated my card but she would. A couple hours later I get a call from the fraud department I answer and am immediately placed on hold and then someone answers as if I had called them, I explain my situation and without asking my name or any identifying information says that my cards been deactivated to ignore the alert. I went to the bank the next morning to find that my card had not yet been deactivated. I understand things like this happen but to be told twice by their corporate office that my card had been deactivated and it had not been which then allowed someone other than me to get additional money out of my account is unacceptable.

Started new job and since my checks are larger than my last job I get holds placed on all my deposits. I have a 15k monthly deposit limit but get a hold placed on as little as a 2k deposit. I’m tired of waiting for MY money. Definitely going to be looking into a new bank for me.

Bb&t now truist have literally become the worst bank I’ve had to deal with and the Glasgow ky branch oh my well 90% of their employees are beyond rude and well today Will be the last day I deal with BB&T my whole family banks there And after today we are all leaving I’m gonna let my friends know!

Stay away from BB&T definitely one of the worst banking institutions in the area, and this branch has very unprofessional staff and terrible service. If banking in the area stick to the smaller banks because this location is terrible and withdrawing money is always an issue.

I hate to give this bank a 3 star.I use to love coming to this bank and talking to all the employees.They have really changed things up.With new employees that seem to not care about you and don't care if the lines are long . Inside or out. I'm thinking they brought the employees from the main office in town that shut down. They have lost their small town business relationship. So sad after being with them for soooooo long.

I'm banking elsewhere bc this place is so slow. Been in drive through for 30 minutes as this point with two people in front of me and two lines open. Literally the reason why this company will fail is how ungodly slow they are
