I enjoy getting my packages like anyone else but when you have two trucks blocking a residential road...it's unacceptable and dangerous. What if that was the only way in or out? What if we had an emergency?

They said it has to have a label? Where does one get a label to mail your package at the onsite FedEx, if not at FedEx??

While traveling in the area, I had a package shipped here. On Sunday morning, I received a text reminding me to pick up my package and since the website stated they are open on Sundays, I went to pick it up. I was sadly disappointed when they weren't opened. I had to go back the following day to pick up my package. The guy who helped me quickly got my package. He was friendly and professional.

I've used this FedEx location twice. First was to return a package at 3 in the afternoon, weekday. They were very busy with the line almost out the door.Second was to print resumes. The clerk was very helpful. I'd forgotten the paper 40 miles back at home and she explained their regular paper was very nice. Printed one and let me see it - if I didn't care for it she said they had a couple other options. It was nice so I asked for 10 in color, which I was surprised it cost about $17.00.In summary, the company seemed slow when busy, and they either pay a lot for color ink or have little regard for job hunters. In contrast, the staff were helpful during both visits.

A convenient downtown Fedex location that had plenty of printers nS useful items on sale. Their hours aren't quite as long as I might have hoped, but I made it in and got my business done. There aren't a ton of other such stores in the area.

I've been a frequent customer of this shop over the last three years, and they've been nothing but helpful. Lots of packing and shipping, printing and copying - and quality is always good and order is ready on time. They've got 4 work desks which I also utilize from time to time to create materials for printing, and it's a quiet spot as compared with co-working spots around town. Convenient location for me also. Good folks!

No good. 1 staff member, unknowledgeable, unhelpful, pre-occupied. Had no clue how to help me properly nor did he care. Won't be back.

I've been to this FedEx countless times, mainly to print things but occasionally for shipping. I've only had a few problems ever that were easily resolved and the manager on duty was helpful in figuring it out. The self service printers were out for a month or so but are back up and running. If they're occupied or not working, the folks up at the counter have been happy to help print things there or take a look at the printers. I think only one time I'd had an issue with using my own card stock at the self service printer and didn't realize the mistakes were all being charged to my account, despite someone coming over to help me. It was nearly $20 of failed prints or misprints and I didn't realize until I got home that she hadn't removed those from the bill while trying to solve the problem. I went back the next day and they refunded it for me. The two women who I've seen working here are helpful but not always very pleasant to deal with. The guys I've seen are always nice and helpful and greet me when I come in. They keep cool when there's a crowd or rude customers. I'll keep coming back for my printing needs and appreciate their help over the last couple years.

I have use this FedEx location a couple of times in the last two weeks I have printed documents online and then I have also printed documents from a thumb drive. There was no problem and I was in and out fast.
