I drove all the way from bowling green because I put an online pickup order for something I needed tonight. The order was ready and it did not say anything was not available. I get here and none of it but a single pen is available. Would they not alert someone that most of the order is not in stock before pickup? Did it not seem strange to them that someone would only want a singular 89cent pen? I guess common sense is hard to come by. I’m very upset with the way they did not seem to care at all that my afternoon was wasted. Very unhelpful to the whole situation.

If I could give 0 stars would. Employee said she was the manager on duty on 11/03 at 2:40 pm. She was rude and condescending when we asked for help locating an item. First she said that they didn't have the item before we had even finished explaining what we were looking for, but she wasnt on the same page of what the item was. Then when we tried to describe it further she told us that the store isnt in charge of what is on the shelves and we should check the website. Absolutely atrocious customer service from someone who clearly should not be in charge. We will never come back.
