Unfortunately, the bed frames wouldn’t go together (manufacturing issue) and they had a guy drive out to us, 20 min, and once he confirmed they couldn’t go together not only brought us 4 new bed frames, he out them together for us. You don’t find that kind of customer service often anymore.
