Employees stand around talking instead of working, especially the cashiers. You never see cashiers putting items together anymore, like broom heads and handles, to get them ready for stockers to put out. And you never see workers putting out carts of stock either. No wonder the whole store looks empty.
No one wears Mighty Dollar employee shirts anymore either so you can't tell who works there and who doesn't.
I think they've turned off half the lights and a/c to save money, but this makes the store dark and hot. And their over-a-dollar items are tacky and aren't worth the price.
They need to stop scaring customers away with the country music they play sometimes; and get better management while they're at it...someone who can run the store like they used to back when Mighty Dollar used to be awesome.
