I used there self serve dog bath for my buddy and it was affordable and the folks at the counter were super nice and helpful, It was the first time using it. I was grateful !

Can't say enough good things about the people at Petco! They're very knowledgeable about animals/supplies and always willing to help. They are very supportive of the local animal shelter and host adoption event on site.

Store hours do not match what google says. They actually open at 9 am.

Someone needs to update everything on Google with this store and the website. It will say products are in stock and they’re not. It will say the store is open and it’s not. I love this place but it’s on its last strike with me. I’m sitting in front of it right now typing this, having drove down here because it says the store is open online yet the store hours in the window say 9am. I can only hope that when they do open they honor my free pet wash, another bad experience from a previous visit, and that the self wash station was fixed and not just spraying out water with no shampoo.

I’m in absolute shock and horror about how many ball pythons they had in a tiny tank. There was 4 maybe 5 of them in their small tank. If I would’ve had to money and we weren’t from out of town I would’ve bought one or two of them to add to our babies at home. Horrible treatment for those snakes and they should not be housed together in that small of a tank and definitely should not have 4-5 in a tank period. I’m disappointed and disgusted in petco. DO BETTER.

I wouldn't suggest trying to call this location. I have called multiple times over the past 2 hours just to never get answered. I get they can get busy but Noone answering the phone within 2 hours of calling multiple times is just uncalled for.
