I will never go back to Petsense.. they have no sense. Not with the new groomers. I was horrified by the way they treated the animals. Big dogs falling off the tables. Then they made them jump up on the table. The table is adjustable up and down.
They secured my dog in four directions, I offered to help they denied help. I had previously helped with no problem. The second nail she cut she hit the gwick .. she’s limping now. She’ll get better but why..? I have never had problems at this pesense before, very disappointed…..

They have some really cute animal toys and doggie dresses. Love seeing the animals when going there as well. Great place for pets can be expensive though.

Came in there to have a 8.lb little dog groomed,The price almost $70.00
The service was quick,done within the hour,he's hair was all uneven. As for he's nails that were Never clipped. As they charge extra for filing the nail,the groomer laughs an states ..he doesn't like he's nails done.Seeing they weren't clipped, nor filled,
Still charged extra.He's hair though was so pitiful. At a price of almost $70 you'd think they'd spend more time making the appearance of the sweet littledogs look more professional.mine did not . We took him straight to another groomer that fixed everything.

Great grooming for your pets and affordable prices. Staff and Groomers are knowledgeable and friendly. My dog loves coming here to see her friends and to get lots of attention. Good selection of products and good place to check if you are looking to adopt a cat.

Nothing like ordering for same day delivery, spending $90+ for said service just to be told they have done their part and can't do anything else because it's through a third-party that THEY use. They make the $79 same day delivery threshold yet if the third-party supposedly messes up, they don't do anything to make up for it! Absolutely ridiculous to have to drag my 4mo out of the house when he should be napping because of their obvious incompetence! What's hilarious is that the associate who came out to give me the stuff I paid to have delivered, wasn't the one who basically wrote me off on the phone. How "Jay" keeps her/his job baffles me! Absolutely ridiculous all the way around. Don't use their local delivery service unless you want to make an extra trip last minute!

Got my toy poodle trimmed today 1/29/24. She looked awful. Told us it would take 1.5-2 hours. 45 minutes she was done. No way it was full service cut. Wash, dry and cut. She has long places and bald spots. They didn’t even cut her nails. Almost $69 for this service. The first time groomer was good. Very disappointed after driving from Burkesville to get her trimmed. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

They always have what I need, have gotten a bearded and 3 cats from them, all in great heath, and the staff is always friendly and interested in how the critters are doing
