Watch out for them putting holds on your account for no reason. They try to hold outgoing payments so they can fool you into an overdraft fee.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru (lobby is closed until 9) only to be denied the ability to make a vehicle loan payment because I was paying with a card. To add insult to injury, the lady told me, “I'd make an exception if you didn't have a car behind you.†They need to either accept cards in the drive-thru or have a sign in the drive-thru stating they don't so customers don't waste their time. It's illogical that a financial institution doesn't accept debit or credit. I'm aware payments could be mailed in or I could come later when the lobby is open, but I still feel this was unnecessarily inconvenient.
