Had a great experience tonight with the employees out front of the store. They were able to assist my wife with getting her watched connected to her phone which was no short task and they have us a great recommendation for a place to eat for the night. Thanks to both of them.

I am still shaking my head over the "hot spot" purchase experience I had with the Glasgow Store. The original invoice which I paid showed a carried forward balance of 97.50 and I asked point blank how that could be since I was paying for the equipment up front. The manager said it was a "promotional sale and the store was going to pay that balance." I was signing up for prepaid internet paid by Auto Pay. The clerk failed to put it on auto pay and then a month later the service was disconnected. Out of the blue I started getting paper bills for 2 months service which was suppose to be "prepaid" in the first place. Then yesterday I got a call from Southwest Collections wanting $146.33. I had had enough and went to the store this AM. The young male clerk tried to help. He explained that what I really had paid for was not to buy the hotspot device but an upfront rental/usage charge. Bottom line is Karen, the store manager, lied to me and misled me. I am sending the device back but am out the original $97.50 equipment charge. Beware people.

I filed a claim for my phone yesterday. It was purchased through Sprint and is now a T-mobile phone. When I switched I carried over my insurance to T-mobile.I filed my claim and it was denied. The reason was It wasn't a covered device.I went to T-mobile store in Glasgow, KY. Tyshon helped me. He went through an insurance customer service rep to a supervisor. After 45 minutes of work the insurance company finally realized my phone was actually covered. Tyshon wouldn't let them off the hook and fought for me to get this resolved. Kudos to a great employee! Thanks.

Horrible customer service and no one seems to know what their policies actually are. Borderline bait and switch/false advertising sales techniques. Walked into local store to take advantage of the advertised $800 pay off your contract from a competition service. Made that specifically clear to my sales rep. Had my S21 Ultra checked out and seen to be in premium condition.Going through the process my sales rep mentions addibg another line by having my wife switch off of a pre-paid plan to T-mobile.Then a promo about a S22 Upgrade optionbeing avaliable was discussed. Talk it over for a bit and sure why not. Let's see what the bill looks like I guess. Able to get a good plan and monthly payments that both the wife and I are happy with.Get the new phone and trade the old one out. Everyone is happy. Except I go to pay my final bill and device off thru the competitor, and CX service for T-Mobile now telling me I'm no longer eligible for the trade in credit, because of the S22 promo. The ENTIRE reason why I even considered switching over, was getting out of the other contract without takeing a big hit. Makes 0 sense, and was never properly explained by the sales rep. The S22 Promo was additional option available to me, is how it was explained in store.Spoke to 3 different reps and have had 4 differed interpretations of their policies quoted to me. All with 3 different #'s on what credit I'd be owed, if I hadn't been screwed over by the other promo. A promised call back from a supervisor was suppose to have happened 15 mins ago. Never was treated this way at AT&T.

Great staff and very helpful. Got a new phone , new plan and a home internet system . They also migrated my Sprint account to T-Mobile
