When I pulled up to the drive-thru and was asked what I wanted, I stated that I wanted two #11s. The giant sigh I had heard from the team member over the PA system had already set the tone for my entire experience.Upon waiting 6m4s for my order and receiving it, I had pulled up to make sure my order was accurate, and these breakfast burritos weren't even burritos. Anyone could eat these in no joke two bites. I've been to Taco Bells that know what they are doing. The burritos weren't even labeled with which one was sausage, and which was bacon.I would much rather drive 20 minutes to the next town over, well out of my way, and go to a Taco Bell that knows what they are doing.

Anyone can do a good job if things go right. This location has no interest in making good on mistakes and problems. If you need a refund, don't bother trying to go through the official routes if you order through the app. They will not reply or respond to you unless your card company does the fighting for you. I did not receive food on 11/25 but paid. They did nothing on calls, emails, visits. My bank got my money back in a few days once I disputed the trans. Today, 1/18, I just received a response from Corp that they are processing my refund. Failure on every level. It's a shame because I love their food. Imagine taking 2 months to reply to a ticket. Way too many improvement opportunities from the untrained store employees, who were the only ones I could ever talk to, the nonexistent managers who hide when they are needed, the invisible store leadership, the useless online systems, and the late and apathetic corporate response. I just wish that I was privvy to whether or not any one single person in the chain actually cared to do the right thing. I had no champion. I had no voice.I challenge leadership to make known the issues and their response. Let's hear your side. I dare you to take ownership.If you are a Taco Bell customer, and this resonates with you, share your story. I want to see just how many people get screwed.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Store in there for 20 minutes waiting on my mobile order and was ACTIVELY ignored anytime I tried to get someone’s attention. They pay more attention to the door dashers than the actual customer now.

Food was good. One drink was just carbon water and they said they could NOT replace it. That's a first! Hopefully, they fix it before the next person comes through! Otherwise, they'll be making more money from their lack of duties.

Came back and changed my review. Not sure if they were having a meat shortage or what happened but ordered 2 chalupas, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and 6 tacos. No meat on anything. It was all just tortilla and a little bit of beans. The 2 ppl in front of us got refunds. I won't go back anytime soon.
