They came and picked up my car claiming it’s because I didn’t have insurance on my car whenever I did, while I was at work left me stranded didn’t even try to get in contact with me to tell me that they picked my car up and then charged me a $80 tow fee to get my vehicle back and when I got it back the back tire is messed up and has the rim inside of it and they are refusing to fix it or give me my money back when I have receipts showing my insurance was paid for even confirmed by my insurance company. There’s also mold inside of my truck which makes the whole entire car smell bad because the trunk leaks whenever it rains and they won’t fix the issue. Also had to get my engine worked on twice because it was making an awful noise within the first few months of owning the car I’ve only had it since August. This just happened May 13th, 2025. Had to file a whole police report on them because they won’t fix anything.

Will never buy another car from them again. I bought a 2013 Chevy cruise. It's been in the shop ever since I got it. It's still in the shop now. I got $4500. I think to pay it off and it's been in the shop ever since I got it. So I do not recommend getting a vehicle from them.

NO one should ever buy a car from this car lot!!! This place is a joke. We bought a car from them and have had it for about 6 months. Just 2 months after buying car we found out we bought a lemon!! We have had to put a water pump, a battery and every day have to put anti freeze in it. And they can not find out why and where the antifreeze is going, but they believe it is going to the motor. The motor that they neglected to tell us had been changed and motor not hooked back up right. The finance company that we are financing through told us if we took the car back and Taylor give us another one they would allow us to get out from under this lemon. When going back to Taylor's and telling them what the fiance company had said. They refused to do it. Taylor Auto sales new that car had all these problems and sold us a lemon. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM!!!

Times can be unfortunate and with less than an hour we was in and out. We love our 2014 kia optima. Runs like a dream, drives like a spaceship. Just hope I can get 3 years out of it

Traded in my perfectly good car for a suv because I needed more room. Didn’t have it a week an it locked up an quit running in the middle of the parkway. Me an my daughter almost got hit by a semi. Now they’ve had it over a week an still haven’t fixed it, or gave me a car to drive. It has put me in a spot an stressed me out. Highly do not recommend

I don't recommend Taylor autos to anyone because I bought my first car from them a month ago and it has water damage and a hole in the exhaust
