I have a piper grandfather clock that I had bought off of Facebook marketplace that wasn’t working at all. This man right here knows his stuff very well and I highly recommend him if you are having any clock issues. He was able to take the clock inter face out and take it to his repair shop. Just got my clock pieces back today and fully put back together and now I have a fully functional grandfather clock. I am absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much I can not say it enough.

My husband and I moved from Louisville to Columbia Kentucky.My mother, who passed several years ago, gave me a tiny clock. When packing I stupidly wrapped it in plastic and laid it inside a candle. We put everything in storage and when we got it out of course the candle had melted and the whole clock was full of wax. I looked online and found this little shop and sent the clock to them. They cleaned it, gave me a new key because my old one wouldn't work anymore, and put a little pendulum on it which I never had. They did an excellent job and I was so excited to get it back good as new!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Called the Tik Tok Shop in Glasgow Kentucky at 8 am. drove the 40 miles from Westmoreland dropped off my cuckoo clock and within 2 hours of grocery shopping Tim and his Wife hd the clock back to new condition for a fraction of what I expected to pay ...These folks are great ...this is a really Kool Clock shop , well worth your visit ....

I dropped my cuckoo clock off to have one of the chains replaced because it had ran completely out of the clock; I also asked for it to be cleaned. I wasn’t able to immediately re-hang the clock when I first picked it back up because I was two days out of a total knee revision and I have to climb a step ladder to hang it back in its spot. After I did get it back on the wall, it was like having a different clock. The bellows seem to have been replaced because the cuckoo’s sound is extremely low and quite a bit slower as well. Also, this clock has an on/off lever on the side and it does not return in the top position. This shop has really good reviews and I’m sure my experience is rare but sadly, this is my experience. I have proof of these accusations because I have video of the clock performing prior to taking it to the shop. The sound speaks for itself. To leave my clock active is just a reminder of my loss because my clock also chimes on the half hour as well. These people are really nice but my clock is ruined as far as I am concerned.

The owner was nicece and friendly. Though a bit backed up 6-7 months, he did say he could fix it, I felt confident that he could get it fixed to surprise my wife with her grandfathers kitchen clock.

This shop has a fabulous selection of Cuckoo clocks! It's a bit of a drive from Louisville but well worth it. My husband was getting me a clock for anniversary and the shop owner was very patient with us while we listened to all the different music and cuckoo's. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back!
