My husband and I have been using this pharmacy since they opened. Not sure what has changed in the past 6 months to a year, but we have had so much trouble getting our medications refilled. If the doctor sends in more refills, but you don’t need it filled yet.. they seem to lose the prescription, I don’t know what happens, but they won’t have a record of it.. some medications can’t be skipped and we’ve had to miss days. The staff doesn’t seem bothered by this either.. There are a couple who try to be helpful, but otherwise, it’s not their problem. They will tell you they don’t have refills from your doctor, when you watch your doctor send it in… we’ve even been told we didn’t call in for a refill..basically calling us liars.. really upset with this pharmacy.

I signed up with TJ Pavilion Yesterday 07072023 to get my meds there. The two women working we're so knowledgeable very helpful! They are great professionals and feel blessed by their amazing attitudes & guidance. 5 star service!!! Hey Management you got some great staff!

Nice and friendly staff. Have never had a problem with filling any of my medications. Good pricing, and I get notifications on my phone.

It's been awful. 6+ months of being told the Dr hasn't sent refills, nurse saying it's the pharmacy, trying a different Dr and same pharmacy being told same thing. Having to repeatedly go without prescriptions. Save yourself time and stress - go anywhere else .

Their billing department has proven completely inept for years now. Arguing with collections companies and this facility has refused to send me a bill which shows what the charges are for. I paid my other bills, but just want a breakdown of charges, all they tell me is I have to buy my medical records to see that. I would drive to Bowling Green instead of deal with company ever again. Very thankful I have moved away. The IRS has better resolution than these people.
