Every time I go here I am reminded why I don’t go here.
They must purposefully understaff because there was one employee being run ragged trying to take care of photo, the front and cosmetics.
Shouldn’t have time to write a review waiting in line.

Walgreens is a decent enough store. I dont have any complaints with this particular store. Some people aren't aware both lanes for the pharmacy are open AND perhaps they stop by AFTER work when everybody and their mother also thought it was a good idea to stop. Why complain on something they can't control? Exceptional work, please keep it up!

Worst experience ever, they always take forever to get your meds to you even after you show up so they can go ahead and start working on them. They tell you to give them 20 minutes and they take 4 hrs to get your mods ready for you.

This is the worse place I've ever had to deal with ...and I've traveled all over the United States....The Pharmacy is Awful and not willing to help in any capacity....Would not spend my time or money here

By far the slowest walgreens in the USA, hire some more workers, you should not have to wait an hour in line!

The employee and manager should get a warning about not letting people park in the walk aways where costumers get in and out this guy was blocking it please corporate for Walgreens do something about this cause it's not ok and my mom and sister need to be able to get in there vehicle please also deal with your manager and employee who said it's ok cause it's obviously not ok at all my sister is disabled can't hardly walk and you as a Corporate owner for all Walgreens should not allow thisThis is the Glasgow Kentucky location

Awful pharmacy! They are very slow and don’t care about their customers. We have to drive 35 minutes to get medications and they want to spend hours to fill orders. I understand that it can take some time but when you wait in line for over 40 minutes and then they say, “no, we aren’t ready for you pull around behind 7 other cars” there is something really wrong!!! I had it transferred to Highland next door and they are VERY friendly and so fantastic to work with. They called and got the prescription moved over and filled within 15 minutes. If you see this and have the same issues, I would go there.

Went to get a prescription. Waited in line 30 minutes and when I pulled to the window I was told that they had the script but didn't have it filled yet. She asked that I drive around and wait in line again and by the time I got to the window it would be filled. I said "no problem, but I'll just come in and look for a brace while I'm here".I waited about 20 minutes and went to the counter. I was told "that went to Central filling and it will be here tomorrow by Noon". Not happy, but I get it. Everyone is trying to cut cost.So I come back the next day at 5pm. Wait in line another 30 minutes, get to the window and she says "that went to Central filling, it'll be here tomorrow by noon". I say, "no that's what they told me yesterday, it's supposed to be here today and I need this medicine". To which she replied, "well it is at Central filling it will be here tomorrow by noon"So I left and went to Walmart and had my medicine in 15 minutes...

yesterday doc called in all med refills for husband and me...they called 4 times today saying they are ready...I go and they push a bag at me...I ask what's in it..oh 1 missing...do you want it today ??? yes...so 20 minutes wait..I get our meds...go home to another town...open various sacks of meds...YEP 1 missing...its on computer...no they didn't fill that ONE...so now another 20 mile trip...did mention im a Senior citizen....its not easy...this is every time

Walgreens has the worst service in the pharmacy section. The other store area is great.

Every time we use their pharmacy, the staff is rude and always delayed. We will always avoid them if possible.
