“When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Rosey as I walked down the cooler aisle and she asked how my day has been going and welcomed me to the store. Also, Rosey asked if there was anything she could do to help me find anything. Later when I proceeded to check out I noticed that the self check out need a secure password. I informed Rosey and she very quickly and professionally took care of it. Rosey was a very customer oriented employee and wish to see more employees like Rosey at this store and other across the region. I would highly encourage that Rosey become an assistant manager.”

“Despite being as short staffed as everyone else the store is clean and well stocked. Cashier was snippy but she had just been given a verbal lashing by two consecutive Karens over things out of her control. Hopefully they get better staffing soon so one person isn't stuck dealing with all the unfit for the public drama queens”
