Worse place ever. Drivers if you have a flat tire I advise you don’t stop here. Checked in at 1700 it is currently 2300 and they are still not done with my tractor. All they have to do is replace one tire. If you can avoid this avoid it. I should have stayed on the highway and got roadside assistance I would have been rolling already.

Very slow
I checked in and the lady said we will call you in 15 minutes after one hour i had to go back then she sait bring you truck to bay 2 when i did they had a cone at door . It took them another hour to move it . The technician had no thing to do they made drivers waiting while they sitting in the brake room or walking around.

I told her is my report is ready she told me no then I asked her i am going to hook my trailer then since my receipt is not ready she told no stay you need to pay first then I give my whole wallet to keep then she let me

I would not give this shop 1 star .No one in the shop only me 3 hr to do 2 slack adjust. then pulled off worked on other trucks that come in still wating on them to change my tire by the way they knew the guy they pulled of my truck for over 3 hr. for tr.dot rear tire 2slack adj .and still not done

Pulled up for miner fix on the trailer 4 hr wait asked them if they can give me some screws for free free and I would try to fix the problem myself every thing worked out I fixed it

I’m not sure who’s in charge of this place, but what self respecting truck repair facility doesn’t have bulk heater hose on hand? This place doesn’t stock 5/8 or 3/4 heater hose. Only stuff they have is 3/8 tubing. I waited 1.5 hours for the tech (.5 of that he was at lunch, and I’m not one to get between anybody and food) to tell me that they “order stuff as needed” and they don’t stock much of anything anymore. Thankfully I have valves to isolate the heater core from the block and could get to another shop.
Side note: go to the Love’s 30 miles south in Horse Cave. They have a good selection of hoses and clamps.

Clean store and they have fresh food available. Very yummy pork chops and mac n cheese was good.
