March 2024 by Disappointed
We were seated in a small room with a table of 10 or 15 right near us and they were loud at times. The table we were seated at had a very wide board under the table top. If I tried to put the lower part of my leg at a right angle to the upper part, I would raise my end of the table. I had to sit throughout the whole meal with my legs either stretched out or bent under the chair. It was very uncomfortable. The "butter spread" and strawberry butter tasted more like grease than a real butter. The pot pie soup shrimp were good.

Wednesday of last week, I made a reservation for Sunday for a party of ten. Saturday night we had 4 more people wish to join our party so I called Sunday morning to see if they could add 4 more people to the reservation. The girl on the phone said they can accommodate. Upon arrival later in the day i went up to check in and told them I had a party of 14, the girl looked at me like I was stupid, I explained the situation and she said after a long pause. We can do that but let's not make a habit of it. I clearly called to adjust the reservation and if you couldn't accommodate just tell me on the phone when I called and I would've perfectly accepted that answer. Food was great, just didn't appreciate the rude response

We went for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The food was very good. The service was good. The only complaint I have was that our anniversary was not recognized with everyone else's announced throughout the evening. We also did not receive our dessert for it as well. That said we will visit again in the future.

We drive 2 hours just to go to Patti's on special occasions. We love the atmosphere as much as the food. This time the service was above and beyond, as I had lost a gold bracelet and mentioned it to the bus boy. Apparently they found the bracelet, looked up my reservation and found my number to call me and let me know! And shipping it to me! So thankful for gems like Patti's!

We ordered 2 Beef Oscars, one was medium rare , the other was rare. This was in addition to 3 other adult orders and one child order. The medium rare was beautifully cooked however had bacon wrapped around it (not in description) so the person that ordered that only had two bites and brought home as they do not like the taste of bacon on their food. This we did not mention to server as it was fine. The rare one came out white in color. It took 15 minutes to get waitress's attention to alert her. Finally ordered a Ribeye Loin in lieu of the Beef Oscar and the manager brought out about 35 minutes later. We asked her to stay until we cut it open. She apologized and said she agreed that the last steak was not well. By the time the 2nd meal came the rest of the table had all their food wrapped up so we just asked for a box for the new one. We ordered two deserts to go as well. Total bill was $391.73 and they were very proud they gave us a $7.00 piece of cake for free for our trouble. I really felt that was such an ingenuine response to our loss of a meal with family we had not seen in a long time. That was a whole lot of hard earned money to spend to not receive what we ordered and given a penny for our troubles.

I have always loved Patti's. I live 12 hours from Patti's but anytime I travel to different destinations, I make it a priority to stop. Overall the food is always really good especially the steaks. We have to make reservations now. You can't just walk in anymore. I understand that they are busy and do not have time for walk-ins, but for somebody who is driving out of state, many hours to eat here it's hard to pinpoint a time to dine in. I know they may not be a solution to get around that. Lastly Terri the Co-CEO that is at the desk. Every time we come in, has always been a very rude, disgruntled lady to her staff and to paying customers.

We had driven 4 hours to celebrate a birthday. We arrived a little early but were seated almost immediately. Sofia was an amazing waitress. She made our birthday girl feel very special. Your food was “The Best” as always. We can't wait to visit again!

Be careful if you're a party if 2. You'll be wedged in between large parties. The other tables were right on top of me. No option was offered for better seating. Take it or leave it. It's akin to having a morbidly obese person sit next to you on an airplane and they take up half your seat that you paid for.

Excellent experience. We had a celebration party. When making reservations online I did not see the 30.00 fee to bring in a cake. The cake was costly so we felt cornered to pay the 30.00 for the cake. We were shocked and disappointed. Besides that the service and food were impeccable.

All menu choices are amazing! We had the Ella Mae's chicken, Don's chicken, Prime Rib, 1” Pork chop and the ribeye. Each were perfect! You cannot go wrong at Patti's.

Don't understand what all the hype is about. Was really excited about trying the bread, it was cold, not warm like I'd expected. The best part was dessert, but it wasn't really worth what I paid for the meal. The waitress asked us a couple of times where we were from, well, they charge a tax if you're not from there. Chance of me going back is highly unlikely.

The food was really good, especially the 2 inch pork chop. Simply divine. My only complaint really was the fact that we had bought two Elderflower Landing margaritas at $13 each. They had absolute zero flavor, no exaggeration. It tasted like a watered down diet lemonade. We told the waitress because we truly thought they had forgotten to put the alcohol in there! She seemed not to care and was very unsympathetic that we had just paid $26 for two drinks that honestly were no different than a lemon water. She would not let us return them and all she would say is you can talk to my manager. That is very poor customer service. Our bill was almost $250! We did not want to make a scene so we just drank the two expensive drinks - with no alcohol in it because you could tell - you didn't even get a buzz ! And the flavor was nonexistent . Would I go back? Yes, as a infrequent treat, but I would definitely not order any other high priced cocktails. And to be perfectly honest, I probably would not order any of their desserts either. I was a little disappointed in the boat sinker pie being that there was not a lot of coffee, ice cream or fudge pie. It was mainly whipped topping .
