“On our way home from OH to TN our alternator died. Fortunately, we came off the interstate pulled into an auto parts dealer who recommended Powers. Owner David was absolutely fantastic, ordered the part and told us that he would have it ready for us the following morning. He had one is his team members Joe to run us to a hotel and at 9am the following morning called to let us know that our car was ready and that Joe was on his way to pick us up.Great customer service, great peopl, great work and all for a very fair price! Thank you David and Joe!”
“These guys are the best, I'm 6 months overdue on this review. I had a issue with my truck getting stuck in 4-lo and they were able to explain the issue and due to needing a part couldn't promise a permanent fix- When it got stuck a week later they fixed it again providing me some more time for a permanent fix and didn't even charge me, just did it as a favor. That shows they're about the customers. Have always been timely and affordable on all my auto issues. Franks is the best!”

“It was ok I believe the price was just a little bit high. All they had to do is switch a B solenoid on a 1999 s10 transmission in which I had already bought all the parts. Transmission fluid gasket and solenoid. All they needed to do is switch ok. For 15 to 20 minute job the price was a little high. Besides that they did a good job...”
