I have never experienced such unacceptable, belittling atrocious behavior from a customer service associate in any aspect. I would have been a new customer if it wasn't for her. Walmart receipt checkers have more integrity in their pinky finger than this particular woman ( use that word loosely) that was suppose to be helping me. I will gladly pay extra for my other option and receive appropriate respect and customer service than save a few bucks. Someone either is a family member or working overtime to keep their job. No one I have spoke with locally has anything good to say about this operation. Be weary of this company, they are absolutely not in it for the customers by any means.

If you aren't doing business with Arrick's then you're wasting time and money. 110% happy and pleased!!! Best propane business I have done business with and I have used others.
