I came in after my dog got ahold of my phone and ruined it. Ryan & Kelsey both was super helpful & made my visit worth while. Been to many AT&T stores and no other compares to this store. They’re always so friendly and willing to help our family when we need it.

The salesperson at this location was very nice and helpful. They had phones in stock that were under promotion, plus they filled us in on all of the current deals. The only downside to this visit was the fact they said they couldn’t port my number from att prepaid, to att postpaid. I really needed to keep my number for 2 factor authentication. So we left and went to the Ashland ATT corporate store and they got my number ported, two phones upgraded and we left within 35-45mins. The Ashland store put in more effort getting the number ported which means a great deal to me. Customer service is paramount in a commission driven environment. Sometimes getting a new number isn’t an option... A new number was an easy way out for the reps at this location but sometimes the easy way isn’t the best way.
