We had car trouble right as we got off i64. Logically we made it there and thought it would be ok. One . They were rude, uninterested, then told me that we would have to go to the dealership to get the part. We called O'Reilly's and had the part. It was if they just didn't want to take care of us. I'm sure the owners of AutoZone would like their employees driving off customers. It was shocking and just left me with a bad taste.

This has always been my go to parts store, but now I must rethink this. 3 times now have gotten the wrong parts ,they tell we have it in stock when you arrive, we don't have that part but can have it tomorrow. All it is young kids looking at a computer screen an can't get up to check if they actually have the parts . Made 3 trip to store in 1 day .... I'm about done

Very nice and helpful employees. My husband is almost blind and the older man that helped him really tried but couldn't find a brake light socket to fit but he really tried.
