We've always received our order in a timely manner, weather pending. Everyone is always courteous in customer service.

Ferrell Gas went above and beyond to help us get our new service when the other gas companies weren't interested. They all said they were only making deliveries to existing customers. They weren't hooking up new customers. We are very thankful Ferrell Gas was there when we needed them.
