Terrible service! I was charged $400 for them to fill my car up with refrigerant, which I could have done for $25. I took it to them to fix a leak. They told me there first that it was overcharged and nothing was done to it. Then when I went to pick it up, I was told it was empty so they filled it up. I told them before I left that was the reason that I called them, because it was leaking out overnight. I was told there is no leak and there is a 30 day parts and service warranty, so if it leaks out they would replace it at no charge. The next morning I had no air. I called them, they said there was a leak in the back and it would be $1800 to fix the lines or $475 to block off the back. I picked it up and my husband fixed it in about 15 minutes for less than $10. I called back to get them to fill it back up with refrigerant.They refused! Save yourself the money and the aggravation and take it to a real garage!

There wasn't 1 specific thing I could complain about. It's an older hotel, so it needs a face lift. The hallway on the 2nd floor is so hot!!! As well as the pool area, it would have been nice if the windows at least cracked open.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and a sensor change. Takes about 15-30 minutes to change the sensor (said they would bill an hour, that's cool, I get how it works). Kept my truck in the back for three hours and then didn't put a hose back on the sensor. My truck ran like crap until I brought it into another shop and they found and put the hose on and charged me a diagnostic fee. Won't be going back to this place. Their techs are awful.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I was on a road trip last week and my check engine light came on. Car started acting bad so I called Grayson Auto as they were the closest. Without hesitation they told me to bring it in. I was stranded with my two dogs (who the mechanic was very nice to) and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They were so kind and willing to help while my car was there. Support local 💙

Nice as can be, covered a tow bill of 75 dollars, evaluated my vehicle on Friday had it fixed Monday afternoon..problem was the thermostat housing had busted...655 dollars later (parts didn't cost 150)..I got car back, went to advance for a computer check..same coolant codes. Which i specifically asked to be reset for obvious reasons, Came back in Wed morning waited 2 hours for evaluation only charged for an hour of labor. 75 dollars. I don't understand business n I don't care to, they were very polite but pricing is unbelievable.

Do Not recommend , my daughter had a oil change and they left boots out of fender, tried to tell her she ran over something, happened after they took the piece off to do the oil change , would not admit they did it . Now she has to pay out of their own pocket to fix their car! I would have had more respect if they had just said we made a mistake!

Took a truck there. They fixed the door handle. Well door handle will not open now. I took it in to ask and they stated "NOT OUR PROBLEM". then the mechanics came outside bum rushing me wanting to fight. All because I asked for a job to be finished. Not to mention the 140.00 dollars thier drunk workers stole. I have to get a lawyer to handle this. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!
