I called them for a price estimate on my windshield and installation they was super affordable!. They got my car in the very next day. It didn't take them no time to have it done. I am beyond pleased with their work. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

Called them on Friday and told them the back glass on my hatchback with a wiper needed replaced and he told me that he would order it. He said that it would be Monday when it came in and that he would call me when he was on his way. Well Monday came and hadn't heard from him so I called and then was told we'll I have it down for Tuesday, ok that's fine but wouldve been nice to have had a call letting me know because we waited all day. Today (Tuesday) comes and he shows up with the front windshield then has the attitude like it was our fault. There was no apology just saying I'll call you as he drove off. That's no way to be with your customers. I even repeated that it was the hatchback rear window when we spoke Monday. We've found another place to install it and won't recommend this place.

Was very hopeful as I had heard excellent reviews. Back glass had been busted out in an accident and they ordered and scheduled to install the next day. Which was perfect. Put it in super fast. But the next morning I realized my back glass wasn’t latching which had ran my battery dead. I called to speak to them and he troubleshooted with me which lead to the discovery that the glass was put in wrong and wouldn’t allow my hatch to latch. He informed me to bring it back to the shop. I immediately left and arrived at 9:03am. Upon arriving he didn’t have time to start, and said he needed to go get a part for another vehicle, even tho I had talked to him 30 mins prior and he told me to bring it on up. He was just going 10 minutes up the street and would be right back. Waited an hour and 15 minutes and he had yet to return. Called him and he took it upon himself to go and do a quote by Carter caves. Extremely aggravated over a wasted trip and entire morning. Not to mention that my glass still isn’t fixed as it should be.

brandon and phillip were super nice as i needed my rear view mirror replaced! the cleaned my window and glued my mirror on in less than 10 minutes!! definitely will be returning when needed!!

Good customer service, will work with you and your schedule to get repairs done. The owner even went out of his way to obtain used windows to save me some money. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

5 out of 5 every time family-oriented business great customer service I just left they came in on their day off to do my rear glass and I done the windshield on my Silverado not to mention the speed and efficiency they are the best at what they do
