We have had James Accounting prepare our taxes for the last several years. We are currently trying to get our 2022 State refund and 2023 Federal refund. We had to mail them in ourselves now have to wait who knows how long before hearing anything. Paid $180 this year and probably the same last year to have them prepared and electronically filed only to have to mail them in ourselves. Hard to reach in their office or by phone. They have been notified that we are having problems but seem to be unable to help. No record that the 2022 state tax was even filed so feeling a little frustrated is an understatement. We were told over the phone that they had forgotten to check a box ?♂️ on the return, whatever that means so my advice to the next person is if you dont have any problems they are great, but if you do, you may want to get someone else

I love Diane and her daughters and I love it’s a locally owned family ran business that has been around for many years. My step father went to Diane way way back in the day for payroll and taxes. So naturally I started to go there once I was of age to file and have filed there ever since. The only issue I would have is the phone lines stay busy ? but I know it’s that time a yr again and they can only do so much. Thanks guys for always helping me with taxes

I've been coming here for over 10 years, and now I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I haven't received my last 2 years worth of taxes refunds, even though I have gotten all the paperwork to James accounting by mid February both years. Very disappointed, would've thought they would have treated a loyal customer better.
