My son got a quote in Columbus, Ohio on his Subaru and it was extremely expensive I called Murrays, and they repaired the car for less than half by actually catching a totally different problem. I'm incredibly grateful for the excellent customer service I received from the Service Manager and Gary, the Mechanic. I'm telling everyone in town what a great job they did! Thank you guys so much!

I will never go back to this place. My son, who happens to have intellectual disabities, went there today asking for tires and an alignment. The man made him feel like an idiot because he didn't know the size of his tires, and then, after telling my son that he could make payments by leaving his car there until paid off, again made him feel like an idiot, because when my son told him that was what he wanted to do, the man said, "Have you seen my parking lot?" My son does the best he can to live in a society that stigmatized people with disabilities already. Again, I will never bring my business to this place again. If this gets removed, I will go to the paper. Maybe you'll treat other people a little nicer.

We were driving through from Kansas to Virginia and I had a tire going bad. Looked up Murray's Auto Worx and they were quick, helpful, friendly and literally saved the day. Thank you!

The guys at Murray's took the time to work through the suspension on an older model Honda of mine. It came out handling and driving amazing. I highly recommend this garage.

Went in 3 weeks ago on the 15th of September to get an alignment and O2 sensors replaced. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ALIGNMENT BUT DID NOT GIVE ME AN ALIGNMENT. Only thing they did was replace the O2 sensors. Shady place. They definitely aren’t for helping people. They’re only after the dollar.

I don’t even know where to start or what I can say to explain how wonderful this place is. Having a horrible day while traveling I located Murray’s Autoworkx they directed my to where I could get a tire and they put it on for me. They saved the day when I thought all was lost i I couldn’t be more grateful! I appreciate you all and thank you soo much! If you ever are in town stop by here you won’t be disappointed!
