I was traveling through and experienced a flat tire on my camper on I-64. John the manager was extremely helpful and the team were also great. It was hit as could be and they offered treats and water for my dog and even let me borrow a floor jack to put on the new tire in the lot. Thanks so much!

Really had a rude employee when he was asked if they had a military discount while checking out & his answer was no & i’m tired of so many people asking me that!

Bought a $500 push mower there and within 2 months the pull string broke. Probably hadn't used it more than 3-4 times either. Called to see what could be done about it, and was basically told "sorry about your luck". Oh well, that's the last dollar they'll get from me. Sorry about your luck.
