Internet went out 5-30-25 a tech was scheduled for 6-2-25 no show had to rescheduled for 6-5-25.

My wifi has been out for over a week and they have told me a different story everyday to why it was out n they will come fix it the same day but they never show up my wifi is still out

By far the worst internet for eastern Kentucky. Slow and unreliable. They lie and won’t even send people out to fix issues either. If you do encounter issues wouldn’t even bother calling people the tech people don’t hardly even speak a bit of English and don’t understand you.
