“Customer service is their number 1# priority here! I was so frustrated with getting through usps customer service automated system and ended up placing a tracking query online and was really disheartened when it said 1-3 business days for resolution. Last ditch effort I called the local office here but I called too late and even ended up missing the call from the office because of work. To my surprise I went to the mail box one last time during a break and right there was my package!! I received an awesome voice mail because I missed the call again because I was obsessing over the package I received and they stated that it was a mix up and already had it back in my mailbox and I’m pretty sure it was after hours. Y’all seriously rock!!”
