Really like the Vet here. Seems very knowledgeable. Sadly the prices have gone up quite a bit.

Fast service but expensive especially for people who have disabilities.

I take my dog ? to tri state. I also have a vet in Illinois where I am fromBeing new to greenup, I take max to tri-state. Never has he missed any apparent or triflexis. So calling them an asking for triflexis.... no, nope, a full lab workup come on..

Wonderful place to go with your dogs. People are very courteous and friendly. My dogs were neutered over there this week and they did it. Excellent job. I highly recommend them and will continue to see this vet.

I not sure how I feel about this place. I got my cat neutered there everything seemed to go well. Its the first night having him home currently and so far so good. But when my husband went to pick the cat up the woman was practically knodding out talking to my husband and told us not to feed our cat for 24 hours which I have had 6 cats fixed and never heard of in my life. He was withdrawn from food the night before around 9 pm and i wasnt about to not let him eat for almost a day and half especially if he had the appetite and felt he could eat. His appointment was at 8am and he wasnt fed til 11:30pm. I thought that seemed a little ridiculous. When my husband picked him up he also peed in his carrier and they apparently just let him set there like that for who knows how long until my husband picked him up. Ill be posting another review in a few days after my cat has healed more and hopefully things go smoothly. This place seemed pretty sketchy to me honestly. I normally go else where but I doubt ill ever be back at this vet again.

He is the best in explaining and taking the time and making you feel at ease about your fur baby.

For all you out there that says Dr. Hernandez is rude is totally clueless. He is an extremely caring man and an excellent vet. He has always been there for our fur babies. He is responsibly priced and don't try to gaud you with things that drain your wallet. And as for receptionist she is extremely caring and nice but people don't take the time anymore to find out.

They are nice and professional and they really do want to help you and I'm very satisfied with my services there my dog had an allergy she had had it for two summers now and couldn't get it figured out until I win there at Tri-State animal clinic and she has an itch any since a day or two after I was there

Secretary was very pleasant and they got my cat in to see the vet right away, just the vet didn't take the time to find a very bad spot on my cat's neck, other than that it was very pleasant

I unfortunately had a dog come down with bloody stools and I knew it was Parvo. I called around to every vet and no one could see him. He had already been sick for a full day (I initially thought he was having a mild reaction to a new treat.) but about 12 hours of passing blood. I made so many phone calls. No one would even let me bring him in at end of day. No one! Until this office!!They worked him in, tested him and he was positive. They gave him 2 shots and me a lot of good advice. I brought him home and followed everything they told me. We went back on Saturday (as planned) to get another shot for nausea and another for Sunday. I gave both at home. By Monday morning he had turned the corner and was back to being a huge goofball and eating everything that wasn't nailed down.I would have lost him. It was touch and go for about 36 hours but they saved him. Total treatment was about 500 dollars but he was worth every penny. I didn't have it to spend but I would do it again. They were upfront about costs and helpful the whole way. He will now be vaxxed. (It was a misunderstanding that prevented that from happening. I am a huge fan of vax.) A 15 dollar shot vs. 500? Vax at home, save some cash. You can buy them at Tractor Supply people!! Do it and save your furry idiots the misery of parvo, distemper and all of those nasty little bugs. Your animals are worth it. I'm sure the doc would agree with me!!

Couldn't have asked for any better care for my fur babies! Very friendly and excellent care. They loved our Pitties like they were their own and my fur babies loved them too.
