The pharmacy has been closed because of short staff the last 3 times I went up there. Thankfully it's not an important medication I need.

The Walgreens stores in Kentucky are lacking severly in customer service skills. The pharmacies are not even open on Saturdays. I'm used to the pharmacies being open 24 hours a day in Northern California. Here, get your meds by 5p on Friday or go without all weekend.

Just an awful place to get your prescriptions. Whether it's the systems they have in place to make it as difficult as possible to get your prescriptions conveniently, the rude staff, or the time it takes for the prescriptions to be refilled.

I have never had a bad experience with this particular Walgreens they are in my opinion above the standard for service. Particularly the girls/guy in pharmacy they have went out of their way to help me & my son several times. They all deserve to be recognized. I can't speak highly enough. Thank you guys for going above & beyond!
