The smoke from cigarettes was awful. They have gaming machines in the back and the players were chain smoking.The coffee had a cigarette taste to it. Very gross.

I was very dissatisfied with my customer experience this morning. I went in before school and work to get my coffee and some donuts for my sons, as I always do. I proceeded to pour my coffee and the pot made a quarter of the cup full. I told the tall lady that wears a black cap at the front, there was no coffee and I would return after dropping my son at school. When I returned, she came up to me and said, "that is the same amount you poured in the cup before." I said, "I'm sorry but I was not going to drink the bottom of a pot of coffee, they should have kept their coffee containers full for customers and she shouldn't treat me that way." She then proceeded to come near me and pushed her shoulder up against me. I told her please don't touch me. She said, "she didn't touch me." She was so rude. And all of this over a empty pot of coffee, that I had to turn around and waste my time to come back for. My mornings are very busy, and I come in to this store on a daily basis. I will never give them another penny of my money. She was the worst employee I have ever encountered. I cannot believe the way I was treated unjustly this morning in this store by this lady.

I purchased a ticket from this store today which was a winner . It made the sound when scanned but I was told I did not win . I’ve not been to this store in several years but it was a regular stop at one time . I will not go back again .
