just left this post office after speaking with an female Caucasus supervisor , I was truly displeased with the service as well as the accountability they hold their postal workers too.. myself being a manager I undersrand accuracy is key especially when dealing with peoples confidential information. They reassured me the job was done correctly which it was not and there was nothing they could do about the mail being placed in the incorrect mailbox which are all locked. I was told that they would go back and check for accuracy and up date the gio locator once the missing mail was found. but let's be honest nobody wants to get in trouble, the postal worker is simply going to move it to the correct box with out the update leaving me to go on yet another scavenger hunt.. this building needs to be shut down it literally has a 1.5 rating

Work service I've ever experienced, avoid coming at all cost. All workers are extremely rude and careless. Forces customers away.

This post office has horrible customer service, all their employees I have spoken with are really rude, haven't gotten mail in four days, I went there told an employee that she laughed and said no one has, when I asked her if she go check in the back for me she said no and wouldn't go check.i Understand things happen and it gets backed up but do they not realize we need certain pieces of mail to basically survive and get things we need. I'm going to avoid going there from now. Just horrible I hope these employees that don't care get fired

I have had many complications with this post office in Clarksville. I have had instances where they didn't scan my packages I drop off and the staff were rude about it. They also messed up my passport and my trip is being postponed. They refused to help with it. The staff are very stern and unwelcoming. All I gotta say is, do better. This is ridiculous. People have business items and important documents they trust you with.

Smaller post office but service is Outstanding. Ms. Tara was able to help me locate a lost package(not there fault) The staff is polite, knowledgeable, friendly and all round amazing. They got answers to my issue quickly and apologized for the SNAFU even though it wasn't in any way there fault.

Clarksville has the laziest postal workers I've seen. They don't deliver our mail till after dark, after 6pm. That is ridiculous. Especially the women postal workers. Most of them are driving around with a phone stick to their ear.

Once again Clarksville USPS is the worst in have seen in my 46 years. My new neighbor said he went and talked to the a****** Post master who wont have a job long because with enough complaints theyll fire the idiot but he said he was smug and a complete a-hole. Said he talked down about the past post masters and said he's here now like he is big s**** We have brand new homes with brand new mailboxes and we cant get mail. And I've been hearing they send back your Amazon packages. I will absolutely lose my s*** if they send back my packages. I shouldn't have to suffer because this j*** wants to make a tough guy name for himself. I bet this Dick gets his mail sent to his house. Are my tax Dora's paying for this terrible service? Because if so how can I stop it? Why am I helping to pay for something I'm not getting. FIRE THIS MAN AND DELIVER OUR MAIL!!! Boycott the Clarksville USPS

8/14/19 Updated to 5 stars because... I slipped in line five minutes before closing time with two packages to send. Both were not taped nor addressed yet. Luckily, there was time and a few people waiting. When it was my turn, I had one package ready. And, I decided to use the machine for my second domestic package. If the chip on my card had worked, it would have been so easy and done in less than ten minutes. However, I asked Mr. Rossi if he could sell me the postage to send my package today. Kindly, he did. So, I got to send it. And, I'm so thankful that he was so nice about staying late to help me. I ended up being the last person. I was THAT person keeping him half an hour past closing time. Previous review: Love using the automated postal machine when I mail certain packages, but it's not working today. Well, not working for me today. So upsetting, but it explains the long line. Fortunately, the postal clerks are very efficient. There was one postal employee trying to help and to get the machine reset or working again. Although there was at least ten people in line ahead of me, it went fairly quickly. As I was waiting, I tried helping out two gents (who looked like they needed it). One was receptive, but I may have made the other a little uncomfortable. Ha. Well, I guess 10 minutes in line (after the machine malfunction) isn't that bad with 10 folks ahead of me!

This is the absolute worst mail carriers in my subdivision. They continuously lose my mail and constantly leave the mailbox open. Thought going through the informed delivery would help. NOPE!!! The mail I was suppose to receive (and it showed it on Informed Delivery) never made it to my house. I write the mail delivery person a letter letting her know that she needs to find my mail. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER! This is not okay. I will continue reporting this until I get to the top dog. Went to the post office yesterday and was told that the supervisor would be calling me. That NEVER happened either. This is NOT OKAY!!!
