Been using Ferrellgas for about 3-years. Services simply met expectations, i.e. satisfactory. One suggestion I would make is... I live on a less populated street, and several times I have seen the Ferrellgas truck make a delivery on my same street. I would suggest when they are making a delivery in close proximity of other customers, they call (or contact) those customers and either see if they can use some propane, or better yet offer a small discount to take some propane because they are making a delivery in my area. Every time I see the delivery truck pass my house I think they missed an opportunity to make a sale without extra travel.

My delivery guy has been so helpful in the help with me moving into my brothers house and how to take care of my propane especially since I have never used it before. Thanks to him this move was a whole lot easier

I was supposed to have a service call today to test and remove a plug from the tank. I have not seen or heard from anyone!! And I still have no gas. I should have them just come and get the tank and repay me for the gas I have in it.

awful. had no problem taking my money, only to tell me to wait several weeks for delivery. Declined to honor their emergency delivery so I canceled my order, only to be told it would be 5-7 days for a refund. My bank is open the same day as yours, so give me my refund.

We have been on their list for 2 weeks. I have 2 young children and a husband who works from home. Today was their deadline to fill us up and they are stating they can’t get down our road due to the weather. Oh, you mean the horse trailers and farm equipment can make it down, as well as my tiny car, but you are unable?! Mind you, it is less than a 1/4 of a mile of gravel. I call BS! It’s just another excuse as to why they’re late. We are now on empty and my children get to huddle in one room with us so that we can live off of an electric heater. This company is BS and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve seen. We WILL be cancelling and changing as soon as we’re able!

My mom and dad ordered propane in January. (Mind you, you can’t order until you’re under 30%). The truck came on 2/4, and the truck tore up. They were scheduled to have their gas by 2/9. The truck driver asked my dad if he cared if they rescheduled him. But what other choice did he have?! The truck wouldn’t pump the propane! My mom has been calling to find out when the propane will be here. They had 2 weeks added to their delivery time now. Ferrell gas won’t hear of bringing it any sooner. They can’t use their propane heat because of this. Let’s also add that our tank rental price DOUBLED this year, and you can’t get propane anywhere else due to the contract. And NOW, another ice storm is upon us.

I’m sorry but I’m having a hard time understanding how your stepping up to the plate and supporting ? I’m a healthcare professional and came home Saturday to no heat in my home. I smelled a strong smell of propane and upon further inspection realized the tank was on 0 which was odd since I’m on your always full program. I cover the cost for my home, an additional garage and 2 other homes. My biggest concern with any deliveries is about our dogs. All three homes have small dogs that are kept inside. One has a fenced in yard. Due to coyotes, there is a fear they will get out.
