“Fortner Gas in Murray, KY is our propane provider. The weather here has been extremely cold lately, and our tank was very low and needed refilling. Camille from Fortner arrived late this afternoon and made the extra effort to take care of us just before dark! We were concerned that the delivery might have been too difficult but she made it happen! We are happy customers, Fortner has never let us down!”

We have had a couple of minor issues along the way, but their representatives have always been very helpful in getting things solved. With the impending snow/ice storm across the south, phone lines were almost impossible to get through today; however, I sent an email and a representative went out of her way to ensure our problem was solved as quickly as possible.
