The care takers aren't very qualified to run the park NASTY addituide i would never live there.

Poorly ran, they tried to say I didn't pay rent, good thing I kept my receipts

It's not a bad place. But a lot of the homes are older and aren't insulated very well. Electric bills are always high. After this last bill of close to 600 i am looking at other options now.
