If you have traveled to or through China, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea or any of the areas the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has designated as a location with a Travel Health Notice within the last 14 days; or, have traveled on a cruise ship; or, if you have been in close contact with someone who has; or, if you have experienced symptoms such as fever or lower respiratory symptoms; or, if you have been potentially exposed to someone with a diagnosis of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
I don’t understand why no one at the ARH Facility will not pick up the phone or call you back I have tried numerous times and different times to call them and they just won’t answer. I’m out of my medicine and they were supposed to call me back and they didn’t before thanksgiving break WTH.
