“I love smok'n Joe's. That's our go 2 place for lottery, ciggs and gas. Plus having my rootbeer cheap and cowtails in stock is a plus. The staff on that side is nice and always willing to help. Only place in harlan I've actual one on lottery, we call it our lucky spot.(yes ik it's luck of the draw) but we consider it our luck spot!!”
