This company has been horrible since they were bought out. We’ve obliged in every way so we can receive timely deliveries of propane & it always comes back to having make multiple phone calls, & always escalating to corporate office. All there numbers sends you to where I assume to be India.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I was never sent a bill but I received a notice from ARM Solutions saying I had an account that had not be paid .When I called to find out about it , they had already added more late fees since the “notice”. It has been a ridiculous experience with extreme late fees for a bill that was never received . If they do not resolve it , I will contact the Attorney General . Apparently based on other reviews this is their standard practice and other people have filed complaints.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! We ordered propane on FEB 7th! An ice storm was coming along with extremely frigid temps. I called a few days later to find out how soon they woukd be delivering as our tank was low.....the lady said anytime between FEB 8-22?! I told her we were almost out of gas and asked if they could deliver it as soon as possible.....she told me they coukd get it to me in 1-3 days FOR A 300$ DELIVERY CHARGE!? What?!?! I said no way. Now take into mind that we have been with amerigas since 2016....their rates are always higher than everyone else but we stuck with them. The low temps, ice and snow came and our house stayed 60-62 degrees as we had to ration what gas we had left. The 22nd came n went...no gas. I called around the 25thwhen I still hadn't heard from them. The lady told me she would expedite our service and waive the 300$ as they were now waiving this due to the storms. She said she would call back as soon as her supervisor approved it and we should get our gas by the end of that day....they never showed and still no word. I called back a cpl days after that....the lady told me we were on the list for delivery on Saturday. Well...Saturday came and went and stillNO GAS!!! It is now March 1st...we have 2% left in our tank and still haven't seen or heard from amerigas. SHAME ON THEM...FOR TRYING TO DISTORT MONEY IN THE MIDST OF A WINTER STORM, SHAME ON THEM FOR LYING, SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT CARING!!!!! WE ARE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

The following is an email I sent 3 days ago as I still am without heat on Christmas morning. It is currently below 45 degrees inside mt home. Amerigas has not even bothered to respond to my email or calls.You all have managed to discover a new low in customer service. My wife and I will be without heat for the holidays. We are both 59 years old. My wife is in poor health. I work 60 hours a week.I ordered a gas delivery over 2 weeks ago when my tank was at 22% capacity. Your website suggests ordering at 20%. The app does not let you know when the delivery will arrive. It only says 5-10 business days.Large window....The night before delivery, my gas must have run out. The driver came at 11:36am. Found we were out of gas. The driver then supposedly rang the doorbell which my wife and I did not hear. I work nights and was asleep. Due to my wife's heath issues she sleeps off and on throughout the day. She also did not wake to the sound of the doorbell.Did the delivery driver show any concern that a customer may be without heat for at least 2 weeks during the holidays? Did the driver try to contact us by phone?NO!Instead they put a lock on our tank. That way no one else could deliver gas to us.So, I called your customer service number. After waiting for a rep I was told I would receive a call from a scheduler that night or the next morning. Of course no call or attempt to reach out to someone without heat was made. I called after noon when I realized that no concern for my issue was present.I was told I would basically have to wait 10 more business days. Which would turn into more than 2 weeks due to the holidays. The customer service rep was empathetic and said she would email several people including supervisors and management to contact me today.THEY DID NOT!Zero concern that a customer would be without heat over the holidays. In my area it will be below 18 degrees Christmas night. Merry Christmas to us!I would buy space heaters to get us through this time but I also found out that a refund of my prepaid order could take 6 weeks. I cannot afford this without a refund. So now we are screwed due to us not hearing the doorbell.I am saddened by the fact that your company has shown so little concern over the possibility of a customer who will be freezing over the holidays with no relief in sight.I am guessing this email will result in me receiving some pre-made auto response that will help me in no way.If that is the case, I will not stop here.My next step will be contacting a lawyer to seek damages during this time. However I am sure you all have cross all your T's and no legal recourse is possible. Then ofcourse I will turn to social media to tell my story.I still have some hope that this email will reach someone who believes in the mission statement that your company emailed to me recently.PLEASE....I am a customer! Someone reach out and try to help.

can not reach for emergency on either the menu provided or the 800 # given. When Lyons was locally owned and operated it was a great company to deal with. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM NOW!!! DEAL LOCAL/ LOCAL OWNED and operated business like IRVINGTON GAS!
