Both times, including today, the phone was answered by a pleasant woman who took the time to help me. And I know how busy our postal workers are right now, so I really appreciated her efforts.”

“So the post office is a hard place, it's hit or miss when it comes to service. I live in Gary, and started going to the post office for my parents, because they use money orders! I would get treated with super strong attitudes. The machine would break, money orders get stuck, and attitudes given out for free. I moved around to post offices until I found one that didn't mind giving money orders. I found the Highland office on Kennedy! Now depending on who's there, overall it's ok. Just don't ask for one of those envelopes. But this young lady, Keyonna, I hope I spelled her name right, she was so professional in working with customers. No attitude, genuine concern, and service! There's another young lady named Perry. She also provides the customer service you deserve. I watched her explain something 4 to 5 times, repeating the information to the customer, all though he was not so recptive, she kept her cool. The service is appreciate so much!!! Thank you Keyonna and Perry for your kindness!”
