“Probably the best customer service experience I've had in a few years. My 3 year old and I came in to figure out the best plan for us, being new to the area i had no idea. The representative who helped me was incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind. My son has a speech delay and gets nervous if someone doesn't understand what he's trying to say; however, no less than 5 employees heard him playing and took time to talk to him, give him suckers, and even play hide and seek ? Truly amazing people. I would be more than happy to remain their customer for as long as I'm able.”
