We utilize CVS pharmacy solely for emergency medications, yet every visit is met with significant issues regarding insurance coverage.
Each time, we are informed that our insurance is not active or that the person that needs the medications are not active on our policy. This necessitates a call to our insurance provider, who consistently confirms that your pharmacy is submitting the claim incorrectly. This repeated process is extremely inconvenient and results in us initially paying full price for medications. We then have to contact our insurance provider, return to the pharmacy for a refund, and are often met with an unhelpful attitude from staff, despite the error originating from your end.
This recurring problem stems from your pharmacy's incorrect handling of insurance submissions, causing unnecessary hassle and inconvenience for us. I urge you to address this issue and ensure your staff is properly trained on insurance procedures to prevent future occurrences.

Sign says closed at 8pm. Posting at 7:45 and doors are locked. Not the first time this happened. This store is completely unreliable

I have been coming to CVS ever since I have been a little girl theworjers today fruity dude wants to blast my information across his Facebook and tell all his friends my information and not fill my medicine the same day the order comes in they are rude and so lazy I'm switching pharmacies after 36 years

CVS sends messages to pickup medication and when you get up there it is not ready or the prescription can not be refill. On there app it will say pickup medication. This is a waste of time, gas and money. They have gotten milligrams wrong on medication numerous times. Given the wrong needles for b 12 shots. It is time to quit CVS. As the public we need to start making our health associates toll the line.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I could give this bunch a negative 10 score I would! One time fill of prescriptions needed for my son. They wanted HOURS to fill his prescriptions and said one of his medicines is back ordered throughout the state. HOWEVER my daughter is sick and just got hers filled at a different CVS! I’ve been on hold over 30 minutes JUST to try to talk to someone and no one is answering. NO ONE IS THAT BUSY! You go in the store and they’re just lazy!!!!!! No one wants to work anymore! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! If you need meds in Danville, Ky—- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Anywhere else! Because they do NOT know what they’re doing and they do NOT care about people! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEYLL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME from me or my insurances!!!!
