Old lady in there working at the register tonight was very rude to my toddlers for absolutely no reason. They picked up a candy asking me what it was, and she got onto them telling them to put it back and not to touch anything. Excuse me? You are not their mother or anyone to be telling anyone's children what or what not to do. They weren't throwing or messing the organization up or anything. So rude.

Nice clean store. It's a shame that such a large company can't manage to hire enough people to run the stores properly. The employees are anything but sunshine and roses!! Overworked or not It's no excuse for such a nasty attitude. The younger girl working tonight is a real treat!!

The one on Louisville road is the best Dollar general to go to the one in town watch using your debit cards they will fraud you watching cards at the other the newer one

The little old lady with permed gray hair is the rudest person on the plant! She should not be in customer service. Never speaks to the customers and has a scowl on her face at all times. Get new help, I'd rather drive farther than deal with her. Only use the self scan if you go here!

Placed an online order and was told didn’t have my items. Went to the back and the item they ‘didn’t have’ was on the shelf. Eventually after 15 minutes of back and forth asked for my money back for whole order. The cashier then wasted another 10 minutes of my time and couldn’t figure it out, never got my money back. I’ll never place another online order from dg again. What a joke

Would have given 5 stars, but the store was so piled up that you cant get a shopping cart down some of the isles. Other than that its pretty good place to shop.
