This last weekend my children and I had a yard sale during the 400 mile yard sale. I had given my daughter a bag of shoes I had found at a yard sale for my great granddaughter. We donated lots of items to Goodwill in Harrodsburg later in the afternoon Saturday. Among the donations was the white trash bag with 6 pairs of shoes for my great granddaughter and a pair I had bought for my granddaughter. My daughter realized the mistake Saturday night. Early Sunday morning she stopped by the Harrodsburg Goodwill to retrieve the white trash bag of shoes. The manager said they had all been priced and shelved and must had sold. After Church around 12:30 I went to the Goodwill and on top of a cart of shoes were the pink Nike's that were in the white bag of shoes that my daughter was told had already been shelved and sold. The manager let me have those back and again said all the others had been priced and shelved and must had sold. I searched all the shelves of shoes and there were none of her shoes on the shelves. Today I went back to Harrodsburg Goodwill and looked at the shelves and there was another pair of the shoes given by mistake and supposedly already shelved and sold according to the manger/worker. When I asked about talking to the manager I was told she was outside busy. When I explained the shoes I had found today was given in mistake the lady I spoke to said the manager stated since I found a pair yesterday and was given them back I could not retrieve anymore. I realize the mistake was ours. I also realize the fact about them being already sold was not a fact!! The signs I saw in the store mentioned excellence and integrity however I do not think this applies at all to this store. Vent over.

This store has better items. Unfortunately they have staff that are rude and untrained. Young girl with dark hair kept jumping in front of me while I was shopping. She has no concept of how to behave. Manager should not let her on the floor. She pushed into customers, reaches right in front of them and pushed her cart right against customers. The worst behavior in an employee. They rearranged the store and it is looking better. However the employees PILE items onto the shelves and it looks like a dirty garage. What a mess!!

It's a great store to find bargain prices. The staff is friendly and willing to help. They offer a variety of programs to help the community and its people.

They had some good stuff today but this older lady that works there is ALWAYS hateful to me and tonight was no different. Also busted open the door on my friend and he was standing on his underwear to tell him the fitting room was closed.. can’t stand customer service people being so rude!
