The older woman at the drive thru window hates her job. She is rude, unkind, and impatient. Most people picking up prescriptions are not feeling well and should not have to be subjected to her attitude.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I am a travel nurse who moved to a location further away from Kroger. Probably 1-1.5 hours away. Where I live now is a Walmart Pharmacy about a tenth of a mile away. Tried to transfer my Rx to Walmart for a Week. First Kroger told them I had no Rx. Next call I had no refills. Next call they would transfer it. Never happened. I called and they messed around 10 minutes with me on the phone finally disconnecting me. Called back acted like they had never heard of me or my Rx. Finally connected to Pharmacist who sent Rx to wrong pharmacy and laughed about it. Solved the problem by calling my doctor and had new Rx sent to Walmart who have been so kind and patient and tried so hard to help. Kroger I have used your services over 20 years. NEVER AGAIN.

I took my wife there for the Covid vaccination a while ago, and the staff was extremely rude to us.

Anita the pharmacist is the most unprofessional human being I've ever encountered in my life. At one point during my visit she even tried denying my medication because I was quote "not being nice" after she implied numerous times I was lying about who I was, despite never asking to see indemnification in order to resolve the situation. She further instigated this matter by following me to my seat in the waiting area, yelling above both workers and customers alike "What was that? What did you say?" when I sighed to myself about how I was being treated. Then upon finally letting me pay for my prescription she stood there as the tech processed my information saying "wow" repeatedly, as if she was trying to get me to take her bait so she could indeed deny me my medication. This is utterly unacceptable, and she is a terrible human being.

Friendly and helpful. Only issue I have is it takes them forever to fill prescriptions

Kroger's pharmacy needs to have a nice long chat with a couple of their pharmacist. They speak almost hatefully and there's no need in that. They have such a high turnover at the one in Harrodsburg. I've never known any of their names.. if they can't take the heat then go work at a golf course. I'm about ready to call main office & start complaining.

Very clean, well organized grocery store! Even though the Harrodsburg Kroger is smaller than most Kroger locations, they still carry nearly all of the same merchandise that the supercenters carry, and most of the employees provide great customer service!

Guess instead of a restaurant review i would toss one to Kroger. One of only three groceries in Hburg the family is in this one often. Also as a fam that sometimes feeds 6 its a whole lot more economical to cook/eat at home. With its buy 5 save $5, fri/sat digital coupon specials and other deals its easily a place to save $$$ on the things u need. This Kroger is smaller then some being in a small town but carries most of what i want it to.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst Kroger I have ever shopped in. It is really small, so it doesn't have the items you are looking for that other larger Kroger stores have in stock. Their pharmacy is the place in which I could truly have a heart attack. You wait and wait while 6 or 7 employees happily ignore you to do a million things other than wait on YOU, the customer standing in front of them waiting to spend their money. Then, they happily tell you that the drug that your doctor ordered for you they can't get until next week sometime. When you're sick, you need the drug NOW! That's why the doctor prescribed it. Would it hurt to show a little initiative and get on the phone to find out if CVS in town has the drug in stock today? All I can surmise is that they just truly don't give a crap about you. Once we took our business to CVS, we have been happy. CVS pharmacy is very professional and helpful!
