Just wanted to say a big thank you to the employees at the Hartford, KY AT&T store. Jess went above and beyond helping me get various problems solved. She was wonderful and then Maddie came in and also helped. These girls were very kind and helpful to this elderly lady. Unfortunately Jess had to deal with a very rude lady. She kept her cool and handled her with kindness.

This at&t store in hartford ky is the most worthless place ever , they cannot do anything right in that store , just left there needing a sim card and she scanned it and it kept saying error , funny how the other stores don't have that problem ! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy !
