“I swore I’d never ever buy a vehicle from this dealership after I stopped one day to look at a vehicle. A salesman came out and I asked questions but he never once offered to let me look in the car. He never offered to let me start it up. I kept looking in the window and he just ignored me. In my line of work I have a team I run and I listen to my agents all day. I judge their customer service skills and I coach them daily. So you could say my score for this guy was a zero. Then I saw a post on social media for the type of Tahoe I have always wanted. It was the color I wanted, the year, had captain seats and the price was amazing. I messaged Trevor the manager and asked him to hold it for me until I could get in the next morning to check it out. Trevor met me in the lobby and introduced me to Toby whom walked me out and started giving me all the details on the vehicle. Toby answered every question I had. He didn’t make me feel dumb and if he wasn’t 100% positive on the answer he took the time to find out. I made it clear I had a creditor I would be using and Toby assured me he would not run my credit. Toby handed me the keys and I test drove the Tahoe for a good hour. As a woman often times women are not taken seriously and it is just assumed that we are not capable of having the funds or credit to make a big purchase. Toby did not make me feel that way at all! He was very respectful, easy to communicate with and had a very upbeat personality. Toby got it all lined up and Trevor did the financial part.
