This has got to be one of the worst companies to deal with. After placing my order with them and downloading some app they suggest, I find out 6 days later my supplies never even got ordered. It took 6 phone calls in one day to find out that tidbit of information. It took 4 phone calls just to order it. They really need to restructure, and get more training, better equipped, and customer friendly.

Over the last year I have had the pleasure of working with Stacy. She is always able to help me choose the best products for my needs. The lift recliner and power chair she helped me choose have been a perfect fit for our situation.Customer service from all the staff has been top notch. I highly recommend King Drugs and Stacy for all durable medical product needs.

Lissa is sweet and helpful .They said was gonna do one thing but done exactly opposite .charged big money for machine we requested to make 3 payments for it then after 3 payments our account was still showing money due not a little money either ..Like 800.00 left ???? Then after 3rd payment I confirmed was told we owed nothing !! Then got a call saying we could get the mask and supplies for at most 200.00 and something we said ok then get a bill showing we still owed on CPAP machine which we found out on our own was recalled ??? Don't get machine here order online at manufacturer cost is about half the total we paid .This is second time Kings has done this talk then do opposite .They will call and say it's time for you to get more supplies then talk to them about the cost after insurance always different

Had a issue getting a insulin prescription filled. They would not call insurance to correct the issue. Walmart had the prescription filled that same afternoon. I have lost confidence with them, and will not use in the future.

uncaring, borderline lazy. would not call insurance for insulin approval. walmart had the insulin approved in 30 minutes.

My 88year old father purchased AN OVERPRICED pair of compression stockings for my disabled aunt...AND PAID $45 for them......the EXACT SAME ONES WALMART HAS FOR $15...and they refused to exchange them even though they were unopened. And to top it off they were RUDE!!! I suppose they have locked up business with nursing homes and such. For over 20 years they have catered to my every need from home IV meds to cough syrups . Nick is my go to guy these days he’s always respectful and very helpful!! If he doesn’t have the answer or the medicine he will go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need!! Down to earth and compassionate and when your not well that means the world!!! Thanks !!
